through objective and scientific analysis.

Smaller wheels and larger tires, as well as shoe soles, were cleaned
by regularly passing through the ProfilGate® system.
Adherent dust particles were captured before and after passing through the field.
Afterwards, the quantity and quality of foreign substances were analyzed
using an electron microscope scanner (RJL model PSEMeXplorer, RJL).

IPA test results for shoe soles
With ProfilGate® you can wipe over 60% of attached dirt with just a few steps.
IPA test results for trolley wheels
ProfilGate® removes up to 80% of dirt on the wheelsimmediately after 3 or more turns.

We recommend rotating at least 3 timesto properly clean the forklift tires.
Anti-slip property
Through several friction evaluation methods,our ProfilGate® model shows a low risk of slipping,
so it can be evaluated as a floor pavement suitable
for non-slip and operational applications.

Our ProfilGate® models have been tested to the standards mentioned aboveand have been classified as anti-slip, proper use and fire resistant floor covers.
